摘要
高校作为城市发展的一张重要“名片”,其绿色建设是践行绿色发展理念的根本出发点和落脚点。自2004年以来,重庆地区绿色建筑政策标准体系不断完善,绿色建筑数量与面积也实现跨越式增长,但绿色建筑类型主要为居住和办公建筑,教育类建筑偏少,特别是绿色高校更为稀少。因此,该文面向重庆地区典型的地形地貌、气候条件、结合传统高校以往建设的普适性问题,提出在重庆地区建设绿色高校所需面对的场所挑战、气候挑战、能效挑战三大关键挑战,并以实际项目为研究对象,开展试验性设计探索,总结出适宜的技术措施,如室外物理环境模拟、应对场所、气候、能效三大挑战下的技术措施。这不仅将推动重庆地域性特色高校创建,也能进一步推进我国绿色建筑朝向高质量、多元化方向的发展。
As an important"business card"of urban development,the green construction of colleges and universities is the fundamental starting point and foothold to practice the concept of green development.Since 2004,the policy and standard system of green buildings in Chongqing has been continuously improved,and the number and area of green buildings have also achieved leapfrog growth.However,the types of green buildings are mainly residential and office buildings,and educational buildings are rare,especially green universities.Therefore,based on the typical topography and climate conditions in Chongqing,combined with the universality of traditional colleges and universities,this paper proposes three key challenges to build green colleges and universities in Chongqing,namely,site challenges,climate challenges and energy efficiency challenges.Taking actual projects as research objects,this paper conducts experimental design exploration and summarizes appropriate technical measures,such as outdoor physical environment simulation,response sites,climate Technical measures under the three major challenges of energy efficiency.This will not only promote the establishment of universities with regional characteristics in Chongqing,but also further promote the development of green buildings in China towards high-quality and diversified directions.
