设备技术状态评估在重庆市“清水绿岸”工程的应用研究

摘要 近年来,随着各种BOT、PPP项目的交付并进入运营期,项目中的各种机器设备在产权移交的过程中,存在着如何评估其技术状态的问题。该文采用设备完好率法对新华水库雨水处理站的设备进行了技术状态评估,结果显示设备完好率仅为70%,部分设备需进行更换。该案例的实施为机器设备的技术状态评估提供了重要的参考,对水环境综合治理项目的运行维护具有重要的指导意义。 In recent years,with the delivery and operation of various BOT and PPP projects,there is a problem of how to evaluate the technical status of various machinery and equipment in the project in the process of property rights handover.In this paper,the equipment integrity rate method is used to evaluate the technical status of the equipment in the rainwater treatment station of Xinhua Reservoir.The results show that the equipment integrity rate is only 70%,and some equipment needs to be replaced.The implementation of this case provides an important reference for the technical status assessment of machinery and equipment,and has important guiding significance for the operation of water environment treatment projects.
