身心综合护理联合中医康复护理在急性心肌梗死并左心衰PCI术后中的应用

Application of psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined withtraditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing after percutaneous coronary interventionfor acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure

目的 观察身心综合护理联合中医康复护理在急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭PCI术后中的应用效果。方法 将80例接受PCI手术治疗的急性心梗并左心衰患者随机分为两组,观察组40例患者接受身心综合护理联合中医康复护理,对照组40例患者仅接受身心综合护理。对两组患者的自我护理能力、护理效果与满意度展开对比。结果 观察组患者护理后各项ESCA指标评分均高于对照组,且患者的护理有效率与护理满意度均高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭PCI手术治疗患者实施身心综合护理联合中医康复护理,可加强患者术后的自我护理能力,为患者提供满意度更高、更加理想的护理干预效果。

Objective To observe the application effect of psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined withtraditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for acute myocardial infarction withleft heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure who underwent PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the observation groupreceived psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined with TCM rehabilitation nursing,while those in the control group received psychosomatic comprehensive nursing alone.The two groups were compared in terms of self-careability,nursing effect,and degree of satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher ESCA scores,response rate of nursing,and degree of satisfaction with nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure undergoing PCI,psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined withTCM rehabilitation nursing can strengthen postoperative self-care ability and provide more satisfactory and idealnursing intervention.
