摘要
介绍了出口老挝动力集中动车组停放制动施加和缓解的触发条件、气路控制原理、电气控制原理及停放制动电气安全环路,并与CR400AF型动力分散动车组停放制动设计理念进行了对比;对车辆同时施加空气制动和停放制动时制动力随制动缸压力的变化规律进行研究,绘制了不同阶段车辆制动力随制动缸压力的变化曲线,针对提出的停放制动控制方案,对整列动车组停放制动能力进行了相关计算和试验验证,结果显示,停放制动能够满足定员载荷的动车组在24‰的坡道上不溜逸的要求,且停放制动的施加和缓解及监控功能正常,表明了停放制动方案满足设计要求。该动车组在老挝进行了近一年的试运行和载客运营,效果良好,停放制动功能和性能参数满足运用要求。
This paper introduces the trigger conditions for applying and relieving the parking brake,the air circuit control principle,the electrical control principle and the electrical safety loop of the parking brake for exporting Laos centralized EMU,and compares the parking brake design concept of CR400AF power-distributed EMU.The change law of braking force with brake cylinder pressure when the air brake and parking brake are applied simultaneously is studied,and the change curves of braking force with brake cylinder pressure of the vehicle at different stages are drawn.For the proposed parking brake control scheme,the calculation and test verification of the parking brake capability of the whole train are carried out.The results show that the parking brake can meet the requirement of not slipping on a ramp of 24‰for a train with a fixed passenger load,and the application,release and monitoring functions of the parking brake are normal,indicating that the parking brake scheme meets the design requirements.The EMU has been in trial operation with passengers for nearly one year in Laos with good results.The parking brake function and performance parameters meet the application requirements.
