基于弦测法的H型中低速磁浮轨检仪应用研究分析

摘要 针对现有中低速磁浮轨道敷设后验收困难,后期运维检测效率低、精度差等问题,文章研制了一种采用弦测法、自带动力跟随遥控的H型中低速磁浮轨检仪,通过多组激光测距传感器测距进行换算,用以检测轨道主要特征,包括里程、高低、水平、三角坑、轨距、轨向、轨缝、错牙等几何参数。为验证其可靠性和精确度,采用人工、全站仪以及轨检仪3种不同方式以不同速度下对线路进行了测量,并与设计值进行了对比分析。结果表明,3种测量方式的整体趋势与设计值具有较高的一致性,轨检仪检测精度较高,且不受自身运行速度变化的影响。 The problems such as low efficiency and poor accuracy in late operation and detection are aimed at the difficulties in the acceptance of the existing medium and low speed maglev track after laying.It has developed an H type medium and low speed magnetic levitation track detector which adopts the chord measurement method and comes with power following remote control.Multiple sets of lasers ranging sensors are used to convert and detect the main track characteristics,including distance,vertical profile,cross-level,triangular pit,gauge,track direction,rail gap,centre-alternating and other geometric parameters.In order to verify the reliability and accuracy,three different methods,manual,total station and track detector at different speeds,are used to measure the line.The design values are compared and analyzed to show that the overall trend of the three measurement methods is in good agreement with the design values.The test data of the track detector has higher accuracy and is not affected by the change of its own running speed.
