摘要
文章介绍了吊式及座式铁路货车集成式空气制动装置结构的主要技术特点,对该装置的结构和安装连接结构进行了静强度和疲劳强度分析,并对装用该装置的4种铁路货车进行了动力学性能仿真分析。经试验及装车运用验证:该装置可满足我国既有各主型铁路货车的组装、运行使用,可实现简化管系、减少接口、减轻自重、提高制动系统装卸效率、方便组装、检修和查找故障,提高车辆的综合经济效益的目标。
This paper introduces the main technical characteristics of the structure of the integrated air brake device for suspension-type and seat-type railway freight cars,analyzes the static strength and fatigue strength of the structure and installation connection structure of the device,and simulates the dynamic performance of four kinds of railway freight cars equipped with the device.It is proved by test and loading operation that the device can meet the requirements of assembly and operation of existing main railway freight cars in China,and can realize the goals of simplifying piping system,reducing interfaces,reducing dead weight,improving loading and unloading efficiency of the braking system,facilitating assembly,maintenance and troubleshooting,and comprehensively improving the comprehensive economic benefits of cars.
