高职院校就业工作提质赋能实施路径研究

Research on the Implementation Path of Quality-improvement and Empowerment of Employment Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学生是国家实现制造强国的后备力量,他们能否顺利就业,不仅关系到个人立足社会之根本,还影响着职业教育的长远发展和高等教育的大众化进程。以某高校铁道运输管理学院的就业工作为例,提出从“三全育人”视角出发,构建就业工作提质赋能实施路径,为进一步提升就业工作质量、增强学生的就业满意度提出建设性意见。

Higher vocational students are the reserve force for the country to achieve manufacturer power,and whether they can be satisfied with employment is not only related to the foundation of the individual's foothold in society,but also affects the long-term development of vocational education and the popularization of higher education.Taking the employment work of a college of railway transportation management as an example,this paper proposes to build the implementation path of quality-improvement and empowerment of employment work from the perspective of"three-wide education",explores and puts forward constructive suggestions for further improving the quality of employment work and enhancing students'employment satisfaction.
