摘要
超声波检测技术已得到广泛应用,其检测结果的可靠性也被认可。通过对20钢试样进行不同加热温度的正火处理,利用金相组织观察得到不同晶粒度大小的组织结构,对不同组织结构的试样分别进行声速测量和衰减系数测定,通过试验对比分析得到晶粒度大小与声速及衰减系数的关系曲线,总结了金相组织的变化对超声波检测造成的影响。
Ultrasonic testing technology has been widely used,and the reliability of its test results has been recognized.Based on 20 steel forgings specimen,normalizing treatment of different heating temperature,metallographic structure observation are used to get the organizational structure of different grain size.The measurement of sound velocity and attenuation coefficient of the samples with different organizational structures are carried out respectively,the curve between grain size and sound velocity and attenuation coefficient is obtained through experimental contrast analysis,and the influence of the change of metallographic structure on ultrasonic detection is summarized.
