类型教育背景下中职英语教学的现实困境及优化路径

摘要 类型教育确定了职业教育的本质属性及改革方向,也明确了各层次职业教育的发展定位和教学内容。以类型教育对职业教育人才培养质量的要求反观当前的中职英语教学,发现其存在教学环境设置相对单一、教学内容类型特色不够突出、教学方法缺乏创新性、教学模式构建不够合理等问题。因此,中职英语教学应凸显行业企业需求,构建多元化教学环境;依循职业教育内外部发展规律,重构教学模式;按照职业技能发展要求修订教材,丰富教学内容;依据职业教育人才培养规划要求,创新教学方法。 Type education defines not only the essential attributes and direction of reform of vocational education,but also clarifies the development orientation and teaching contents of vocational schools at each level.Based on the requirements of type education on the training quality of vocational education talents,it is found that the current English teaching in secondary vocational schools has some problems,such as relatively simple teaching environment,less prominent teaching content types,lack of innovative teaching methods,and the less reasonable teaching models.Therefore,English teaching in secondary vocational schools should highlight the needs of industry enterprises and build a diversified teaching environment,follow the law of internal and external development of vocational education to reconstruct the teaching mode,revise the teaching materials according to the requirements of vocational skills development and enrich the teaching content and innovate teaching methods according to the requirements of vocational education personnel training plan.
