环境规制和内部治理对企业财务绩效的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Environmental Regulation and Internal Governance on Enterprise Financial Performance

改革开放40多年来,石油石化企业为我国经济发展作出重要贡献,为平衡经济发展和环境保护的关系,发挥公司内部治理手段,促进企业可持续发展,针对环境规制对石油石化企业财务绩效的影响展开研究,探讨公司内部治理在二者之间是否起到中介作用。结果表明:环境规制对财务绩效产生积极影响,公司内部治理在其中发挥部分中介作用。结合实证研究结论提出改善石油石化企业财务绩效的建议。

More than 40 years of reform and opening up,petroleum and petrochemical companies make important contributions to China's economic development.In order to balance the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises through internal corporate governance,this study investigates the impact of environmental regulation on the financial performance of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and examines whether internal corporate governance plays a mediating role between the two.The results show that environmental regulation has a positive impact on financial performance,and internal corporate governance plays a part in mediating the effect.This study also proposes suggestions for improving the financial performance of petrochemical companies in the context of the empirical findings.
