“大思政”背景下民办高校思想政治教育的困境及出路

Dilemma and Outlet of Ideological and Political Education in Private Colleges under the Background of “Great Ideological and Political Education”

“大思政”是新时代新征程坚持不懈用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人的重要教育理念。它强调把思政课同社会大课、社会资源联系起来,同实践课堂和网络课堂深度融合。民办高校在“大思政”教育理念的指导下,充分利用“民办”的优势和特点,为其做好思想政治教育工作拓展了视野、拓宽了阵地。但民办高校“民办”背后的资本逐利性特点,使学生的思想政治教育面临比公办高校更复杂的考验。民办高校思想政治教育要从“大思政课”建设出发,加强民办高校党建,扭转“重专轻德”的思想,抓好主题教学落实,构建“大师资”体系,善用社会大课堂等,有针对性地化解民办高校思想政治教育的困境。

“Great ideological and political education” is an important educational concept for educating people with Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era on the new journey.It emphasizes that ideological and political courses should be connected with social classes and social resources,and deeply integrated with practical classes and online classes.Under the guidance of the educational concept of “great ideological and political education”,private colleges and universities make full use of the advantages and characteristics of “private” to expand their horizons and broaden their positions for ideological and political education.However,private colleges and universities face more complicated tests than public colleges and universities in ideological and political education due to the characteristic of profit-seeking capital behind the “private”.To do a good job in ideological and political education of private colleges and universities,we should start from the strategy of “great ideological and political education”,strengthen the party building of private colleges and universities,reverse the thought of “emphasizing specialization over morality”,focus on the implementation of theme teaching,build a large teacher system,make good use of large social classes,and resolve the dilemma of ideological and political education of private colleges and universities in a targeted way.
