Study on the Employment Problems of Mathematics Students in Lüliang University

以吕梁学院数学系近3年本科毕业生为研究对象,对其毕业去向进行研究,参考数学系2019-2021届毕业生的毕业去向调查问卷,数据显示,毕业生就业率在逐年提升,协议及合同就业人数有上升的趋势,毕业去向与所学专业相关度较高,毕业生的就业形势较好,就业满意度较高。分析近3年的就业现状,发现就业中存在自身能力不足、就业观念偏差、就业意识淡薄、就业指导效果不佳等问题,针对以上问题,学生应在校期间努力提升自身能力、转变就业观念,校系就业部门应进一步完善就业指导体系、密切校企合作,用人单位应创立公平公正的招聘机制、营造良好的就业氛围,经过多方面努力及就业工作的不断完善,从而推动毕业生更好、更稳定的就业。

Taking the graduates of the Department of Mathematics of Lüliang University in the past three years as the research object,this paper studies their graduation destination.Referring to the questionnaire of the graduates of the Department of Mathematics from 2019 to 2021,the data show that the employment rate of graduates is increasing year by year;the number of people employed by agreements and contracts is on the rise;the graduation destination is highly correlated with the major they have studied;the employment situation of graduates is good and the employment satisfaction is higher.After analyzing the current situation of employment in the past three years,it is found that there are some problems in employment,such as lack of ability,deviation of employment concept,weak awareness of employment,and poor effect of employment guidance.In view of the above problems,students should strive to improve their ability and change their employment concept during the school period;the employment department of the school should further improve the employment guidance system and sthengthen the close cooperation between school and enterprise;and employers should create a fair and just recruitment mechanism,create a good employment atmosphere.Through various efforts and continuous improvement of employment work,we can promote better and more stable employment of graduates.
