摘要
迷迭香是一类药食两用植物,目前已经证实迷迭香具有抑菌作用。研究发现,迷迭香及其有效成分能够抑制多种细菌和真菌的生长,对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均具有抑菌效果,该文综述了迷迭香及其提取物的抑菌活性、作用机理及相关研究进展,为迷迭香资源的的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Rosmarinus officinalis L.is a class of medicinal and dietary plants.Research has proven that R.officinalis extract and its effective components can inhibit the growth of many species of bacteria and fungi,including antibacterial effects on both gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria.This paper has reviewd the antibacterial activity and action mechanism of R.officinalis and its extracts,and relevant research progress,so as to provide reference for the further development and utilization of rosemary resources.
