以实现双碳为目标的绿色社区规划设计探讨——以格林威治千禧村为例

Discussion on Planning and Design of Green Neighborhood Aiming at Achieving Dual Carbon——Taking Greenwich Millennium Village as an Example

社区规划与住宅建设是实现我国“双碳”战略目标的重要领域,秉持绿色可持续理念有利于提高住宅品质、降低建筑能耗。文章以英国格林威治千禧村为例,首先介绍其项目背景,进而从规划设计、可持续理念、运营管理3个方面进行分析,总结其成功经验,为绿色可持续理念在我国社区规划建设中的可能性提供参考。

Neighborhood planning and housing construction is crucial for achieving China’s strategic goal of“Dual Carbon(carbon peaking and carbon neutrality)”.Adhering to the concept of green sustainability is conducive to improving housing quality and reducing building energy consumption.Taking the Greenwich Millennium Village in England as an example,this article first introduced the project background,then made analysis from three aspects of planning and design,concept of sustainability,and operation management,summarized its successful experience in order to provide a basis for the possibility of the concept of green and sustainability in neighborhood planning and construction in China.
