摘要
催化裂化装置催化剂再生系统排放的烟气包含二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物等污染物,是炼油厂的主要污染源。随着脱硫脱硝装置的投入运行,负荷高、压降大、氨逃逸等新问题陆续出现,对装置长周期运转带来威胁。为了降低催化裂化再生烟气脱硫脱硝设备负荷,减少脱硝系统的喷氨量,在催化裂化装置再生系统中应用BCH-TX脱硝助剂后,对催化剂活性产品性质和收率基本无影响;当脱硝助剂维持在催化剂总藏量的2.08%左右时,再生烟入口NO_(x)质量浓度可降至300 mg/m^(3)以下。
The flue gas emitted by catalyst regeneration system of catalytic cracking unit contains sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide,particulate matter and other pollutants,which is the main pollution source of oil refinery.With the operation of desulfurization and denitrification equipment,new problems such as high load,large pressure drop and ammonia escape appear one after another,which pose a threat to the long-term operation of the equipment.In order to reduce the load of desulfurization and denitrification equipment of catalytic cracking regenerated flue gas and reduce the amount of ammonia spray in denitrification system,The application of BCH-TX denitration additive in the regeneration system of catalytic cracking unit has little effect on the properties and yield of catalyst active products;When the denitrification additive is maintained at around 2.08%of the total catalyst storage,the NO_(x) mass concentration at the inlet of the regenerated flue gas can be reduced to below 300 mg/m^(3).
