摘要
为把握茶代谢组学研究的进展和热点,客观反映不同国家、研究机构、作者在该领域的影响力,本文运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化分析软件,对2008—2022年被CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,中国知网)和WOS(Web of Science)数据库收录的有关茶代谢组学的研究文献进行分析。结果表明,研究报道茶代谢组学最多的国家依次为中国、美国、日本和法国;安徽农业大学的宛晓春是茶代谢组学研究的引领者。关键词分析显示,中文文献频次前10的关键词分别为普洱茶、大鼠、高脂血症、脂质代谢、茶多糖、抗氧化、肾茶、基因表达、茯砖茶及普洱生茶。英文文献频次前10的关键词分别为Metabonomics、Colonic fermentation、Mass spectrometry、Extract、System、Biomarker、False discovery rate、Energy metabolism、Excretion和Correlation analysis。这些文献分析结果可为今后茶代谢组学研究提供参考。
In order to grasp the progress and hotspot of tea metabolomics research,and objectively reflect the influence of different countries,research institutions,and authors in this field.In this paper,CiteSpace and VOSviewer visual analysis software were used to analyze the literatures of tea metabolomics included in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)and WOS(Web of Science)database from 2008 to 2022.The results showed that the countries with the most reported tea metabolomics were China,the United States,Japan and France.Wan Xiaochun of Anhui Agricultural expression,Fu Brick tea and Pu-erh raw tea.The top 10 keywords in English literature were:metabonomics,colonic fermentation,mass spectrometry,extract,system,biomarker,false discovery rate,energy metabolism,excretion,correlation analysis.The results of these literatures analysis can provide a favorable reference for future tea metabolomics research.
