罕见病用药医保现状分析及思考

Analysis and reflection on the current situation of medical insurancefor rare disease medication

目的:梳理国内关于罕见病药品医保政策现状,总结思考我国医保在罕见病药品领域的欠缺,为今后纳入医保和相关医保政策制定提供参考意见。方法:通过文献检索和政策梳理,对我国罕见病用药出台的医保政策进行现状分析和经验总结。结果:目前我国上海、佛山等多个地区对罕见病用药进行医保制度探索,由于罕见病药品的特殊性,目前将罕见病药品纳入医保面临困难重重,我国还尚未建立专门的罕见病医保制度和医保报销标准等,还需要多方协助且长期探索发展。结论:基于我国经济发展现状及医疗保障政策等现状,我国需进一步制定多维度、多层次的综合医保制度政策,加强我国医保制度保障力度,提高药品可及性,减轻患者疾病经济负担。

Objective:To sort out the domestic medical insurance policies for rare disease drugs in China,and to make summary and reflection on our shortcomings in the field of rare disease drugs,trying to provide references and suggestions for future inclusion of medical insurance and related policies.Methods:Through literature review and policy sorting,the current situation analysis and summary exploration experience of the medical insurance policies introduced by rare disease drugs in China were analyzed.Results:At present,many regions in China,such as Shanghai and Foshan,have explored the medical insurance system for drugs for rare diseases.Due to the particularity of drugs for rare diseases,it is difficult to include drugs for rare diseases in medical insurance.China has not yet established a special medical insurance system and medical insurance reimbursement standards for rare diseases.And medical insurance reimbursement standards.It needs multi-party efforts and long-term exploration and development.Conclusion:Based on the current situation of China's economic development and medical security policies,we need to further formulate a multi-dimensional and multi-level comprehensive medical insurance system and policy,strengthen the security of our medical insurance system,improve the availability of drugs,and reduce the economic burden of the patients.
