摘要
复杂工况下多轴系高速齿轮的啮合特性至关重要,传统的修形方式及修形量计算方法已难以满足齿轮装置高可靠性、高稳定性的要求。以多级压缩机的齿轮转子为研究对象,通过Romax仿真软件,考虑弹性变形、热变形,以单位法向载荷最小为目标,对多轴系高速齿轮的修形进行计算分析,得到了各级齿轮的最优修形曲线。修形后的各级高速齿轮的最大单位法向载荷降低明显,改善了齿轮副啮合的偏载现象,为多轴系高速齿轮的修形计算提供了一种有效的方法。
The meshing characteristic of multi-axis high-speed gear is crucial under complex working conditions,while the traditional modification method and the amount can’t meet the requirements of high reliability and high stability of gear unit.Taking the gear rotor of multi-stage compressor as the research object,and considering the elastic deformation and thermal deformation,with the goal of the unit normal load is the minimum,through calculating and analyzing the modification of multi-axis high-speed gear by Romax software,and then the optimal shape modification curves of all gears were obtained.The maximum unit normal load of each high speed gear decreases obviously after modification,and the leaning load phenomenon during gear meshing is improved,which provides an effective method for the modification calculation of multi-shaft high speed gear.
