摘要
绩效考核在实现企业战略目标、保持稳健经营、提升核心竞争力等方面作用巨大,因而如何建立和优化绩效考核方案与机制成为很多测绘地理信息企业亟待解决的问题。本文以南通市测绘院有限公司为例,研究综合应用目标管理法、关键绩效指标法、全方位考核法、平衡记分卡方法建立全面覆盖和全员覆盖的测绘地理信息企业绩效考核体系,该体系实现了日常化、系统化的绩效考核,具有较好的均衡性和有效性,在企业管理中发挥了重要作用,持续推动实现企业发展目标。
At present,there are some problems in the performance management of surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises,such as insufficient research and application,unobvious function and insufficient analysis of appraisal system.Taking Nantong Survey and Mapping Institute Co.,Ltd.as example,this paper studies the comprehensive application of objective management method,key performance index method,all-round assessment method and balanced scorecard method to establish a comprehensive and full coverage of surveying and mapping geographic information enterprise performance appraisal system.The system realizes daily and systematic performance appraisal,has good balance and effectiveness,plays an important role in enterprise management,and continuously promotes the realization of enterprise development goals.
