摘要
为提高房产测量效率,减少测量的人工、时间成本,采用手持式激光雷达扫描仪技术、图像边界检测与提取技术,以广州市黄埔区某房产项目为例,简要介绍了基于该方法的外业数据采集、点云数据处理、图像边界提取和房产平面图绘制的全过程,分析了测量成果的相对误差。结果表明,该方法能够在保证测量精度的前提下,有效提高房产测量效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of real estate measurement,reduce the cost of labor and time,using a handheld laser radar scanner technology,image edge detection and extraction technology,a real estate project in huangpu district guangzhou city as an example,this paper briefly introduces the based on the method of field data acquisition,the point cloud data processing,image boundary extraction and the whole process of housing plan drawing,the relative error of measurement results is analyzed.The results show that the method can effectively improve the efficiency of real estate measurement under the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy.
