Long-distance pipelines crossing large rivers are prone to quality and safety accidents due to complex terrain and long backhaul distances.Combined with a successful case of the pipeline crossing the Jialing River,this paper determines key parameters in the early stage of directional crossing construction.It details the relevant measures taken in the crossing process for mud purification and bleeding,the quality of pilot hole drilling,the protection of pipeline anti-corrosion coating,and the stress release at the end of the pipe.The pipeline crossing task is completedand providesa reference for similar pipeline crossing.
