摘要
由于火炬进行热放空作业时产生的热辐射可能对周围的人员及设备设施造成伤害、破坏,对某压气站火炬热放空开展热辐射影响分析。结果表明:下风向的辐射影响范围大于上风向的辐射影响范围;当辐射强度较小时,其影响范围随着风速增大而变小;当辐射强度较高时,其影响范围随着风速增大而变大;不同高度下,随着距离地面高度的增加辐射影响范围变大。根据分析结果针对不同设备设施进行辐射影响分析,对辐射超出标准限值要求的设备设施采取控制措施,可为安全生产提供参考。
When torch flaring is performed,thermal radiation may cause injury and damage to surrounding personnel and equipment.Therefore the article carries out the analysis of thermal radiation influence from flaring torch at a compressor station.The results show that:the radiation influence range downwind is greater than the radiation distance upwind.When the radiation intensity is small,the influence range becomes smaller as the wind speed increases.When the radiation intensity is high,the influence range becomes larger as the wind speed increases.The radiation influence range becomes larger with the increase of height from the ground at different heights.The radiation influence on different equipment and facilities is analyzed through the analysis results,and control measures are carried out for equipment and facilities whose radiation exceeds the standard limit requirements,providing a reference for safe production.
