基于社会车辆称重数据的公路动态汽车衡期间核查方法研究

摘要 公路动态汽车衡在治超管理和计重收费领域有广泛应用。目前公路动态汽车衡周期检定平均合格率仅65%左右,需要对其进行期间核查以及时了解汽车衡计量特性。文中介绍了一种采用社会车辆称重数据进行公路动态汽车衡期间核查的技术,可降低核查成本并提高核查的及时性。介绍了该技术计量核查原理,建立了汽车衡期间核查数学模型,分析了主要影响因素,并采用实际交通数据对核查模型进行了验证。数据结果表明,在一定区域网中,利用社会车辆修正之后的称重数据可实现控制衡器对待核查动态汽车衡的核查,证明了基于社会车辆称重数据进行公路动态汽车衡期间核查方法的可行性。 Highway dynamic truck scales are widely used in the field of overload management and toll collection by weight.At present,the average qualification rate of periodic verification of the highway dynamic truck scales is only about 65%,so it is necessary to conduct intermediate checks to know about the metering characteristics of a truck scale in time.In this paper,an intermediate check method for highway dynamic truck scales using weighing data of social vehicles is introduced,which can reduce check cost and improve timeliness.The metrological check principle of this method is introduced,the mathematical model for the method is established,and the main influencing factors are analyzed.Also,validation of the mathematical checking model has been carried out with actual traffic data.The results show that in a certain regional network,the modified weighing data of social vehicles can be used to realize the verification of the dynamic truck scales under check by control scales,and the results prove that the highway dynamic truck scale intermediate check method based on the weighing data of social vehicles is feasible.
