摘要
烟雾检测的准确性是影响火灾预警的重要因素。光电式传感器因具有低功耗、体积小等优势,逐渐被应用在多场景的烟雾探测环境中。文中基于ADPD188BI传感器设计了一种主动吸入式的烟雾报警装置,通过输出计算接收光功率与发射光功率之比(PTR)的值来判断是否存在烟雾,经实验证明其可以有效地分辨烟雾并发出声光报警信号,并且由于该传感器模块可以区分不同种类物质的燃烧,进而能够有效区分普通油烟和火灾烟雾,从而在应用到火灾预警等场合下,可以减少误报。
The accuracy of smoke detection is an important factor affecting fire warning.Thanks to their advantages of low power consumption and small size,photoelectric sensors are gradually used in smoke detection environments in multiple scenarios.In this paper,an active inhalation smoke alarm device is designed based on the sensor ADPD188BI,which calculates the value of the ratio of received optical power to transmitted optical power,named power transmission ratio(PTR),so as to determine whether there is smoke or not.Experiments have proved that it can effectively distinguish smoke and issue sound and light alarm signals.In addition,because the sensor module can differentiate the combustion of different kinds of substances,it can further distinguish the ordinary oil smoke from the fire disaster smoke effectively,so as to reduce false alarms when used in fire warning and other occasions.
