摘要
为实现晓天(二)站巡测化以及推动流量软在线技术的落地,选取晓天(二)站2016—2022年7场洪水118次实测流量对水位流量关系进行单值化分析。经检验确定,拟定的水位流量关系单值化曲线具有较高的可靠性,符合《水文资料整编规范》(SL/T 247—2020)要求,可以精简流量测次,满足晓天(二)站巡测需要,也为晓天(二)站实现流量软在线奠定了技术基础。
To achieve the transformation of monitoring practices at the Xiaotian(Ⅱ)station and promote the implementation of real-time flow rate technology,a singular value analysis of the water level-flow rate relationship was conducted using 118 instances of measured flow rates from seven flood events spanning the years 2016 to 2022 at the Xiaotian(Ⅱ)station.After verification,it was determined that the proposed single-valued curve of stage-flow relationshiphas high reliability,conforms to Code for hydrologic data processing(SL/T 247—2020)could simplify the flow measurement times,and met the patrol survey needs of Xiaotian(II)Station.It also laid atechnical foundation for Xiaotian(Ⅱ)Station to realize flow soft online.
