摘要
本文通过水热法在泡沫镍上制备硫化钴纳米片阵列电极材料,并直接作为超级电容器电极材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD)扫描电子显微镜(TEM)等表征手段研究其形貌及结构,并用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电位法(CP)和电化学阻抗(EIS)进行电化学探究.结果显示,制备出的硫化钴纳米片具有良好的电容性能,在2.5 A/g电流密度下,比电容达到770 F/g,同时拥有优秀的循环稳定性,在循环1000次后电容保持率达到88%,具有优异的电化学性能,因此将其应用于超级电容器具有良好的前景.
In this paper,cobalt sulfide nanosheets array electrode materials were prepared on foam nickel by hydrothermal method,and directly used as electrode materials for supercapacitors.The morphology and structure were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(TEM).Cyclic voltammetry(CV),chronopotentiometry(CP)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)were used for electrochemical investigation.The results show that the prepared cobalt sulfide nanosheets array has good capacitance performance.At 2.5 A/g current density,the specific capacitance reaches 770 F/g,and has excellent cycle stability.After 1000 cycles,the capacitance retention rate reaches 88%,which has excellent electrochemical performance.Therefore,it has good prospects for application in supercapacitors.
