摘要
为研究装配式管廊火灾下结构反应,设计制作一个腋角高度30 mm装配式单节管廊模型,通过热力耦合试验,分析管廊模型火灾全过程破坏形态及结构位移反应.研究结果表明:常温加载至设计值85 kN时,结构未出现裂缝;恒载持续升温产生大量裂缝,最大裂缝宽度为0.74 mm;高温下混凝土劣化,结构承载力下降,挠度呈非线性增长且位移显著增大,跨中竖向位移4.48 mm,为顶板净跨度的1/100;火灾后加载至157.93 kN达到极限状态,为设计值的1.858倍,管廊具有较好的受力性能.试验结果可为装配式管廊研究提供参考依据.
In order to study the structural response of the fabricated pipe gallery under fire,a fabricated single section pipe gallery model with an armpit angle of 30 mm was designed and manufactured.Through the thermal mechanical coupling test,the failure morphology and structural displacement response of the pipe gallery model in the whole process of fire were analyzed.The results show that when the normal temperature load reaches the design value of 85 kN,there is no crack in the structure;A large number of cracks are produced by constant load heating,and the maximum crack width is 0.74 mm;Under high temperature,the concrete deteriorates,the bearing capacity of the structure decreases,the deflection increases nonlinearly and the displacement increases significantly,and the vertical displacement in the middle of the span is 4.48 mm,which is 1/100 of the net span of the roof;After the fire,load to 157.93 kN to reach the limit state,and the load is 1.858 times of the design value,with good mechanical performance.The test results can provide a reference for the research of fabricated pipe rack.
