正置先灌浆套筒钢筋连接性能试验研究

摘要 针对目前装配式混凝土竖向钢筋连接存在的弊端,结合现行灌浆套筒连接方式提出一种正置先灌浆套筒钢筋连接方法,具体连接方式为:上部钢筋与套筒内部灌浆料进行锚固,下部钢筋通过套丝与套筒底部内螺纹完成连接.通过模拟施工中可能发生的上部钢筋在套筒内未必完全对中且钢筋未必能完全插入套筒底部等一系列实际情况,对直径分别为12 mm和16 mm的上部钢筋设计对中、偏心、倾斜3种工况,每种工况下钢筋插入套筒后分别上提0 mm,5 mm,10 mm,15 mm和20 mm,探究上述公差存在情况下钢筋连接是否可靠.结果表明:正置先灌浆套筒钢筋连接件发生钢筋拉断破坏,此种钢筋连接方法可靠,可以用于预制混凝土竖向构件钢筋连接段区域的混凝土连接方式为现浇混凝土时的竖向钢筋连接,解决了灌浆不实的技术难题,生产和施工安装效率高且成本低. In view of the shortcomings of the current vertical reinforcement connection of prefabricated concrete,combined with the current grouting sleeve connection method,the uprightpregrouted sleeve reinforcement connection method is proposed.The specific connection method is as follows:the upper reinforcement is anchored with the grouting material inside the sleeve,and the lower reinforcement is connected by the sleeve wire and the inner thread at the bottom of the sleeve.By simulating a series of actual situations that the upper reinforcements may not be completely centered in the sleeve and the reinforcements may not be completely inserted into the bottom of the sleeve,the upper reinforcements with diameters of 12 mm and 16 mm are designed to be centered,eccentric and inclined.Under three working conditions,the reinforcements are inserted into the sleeve and lifted at five heights of 0 mm,5 mm,10 mm,15 mm and 20 mm respectively to explore whether the reinforcement connection is reliable in the presence of the above tolerances.The results show that the reinforcement tensile failure occurs in the reinforcement connector of the the uprightpregrouted sleeve.This kind of reinforcement connection method is reliable and can be used for precast concrete vertical members.The concrete connection method of the reinforcement connection section area is the vertical reinforcement connection when the cast-in-place concrete is used,which solves the technical problem of false grouted.The production and construction installation efficiency is high and the cost is low.
