摘要 星载相控阵天线在火箭发射阶段会受到极端力学环境的影响,要求结构设计能够承受高强度的振动,具有高可靠性。针对某收发一体化星载相控阵天线在严苛力学条件下的环境适应性问题,在综合考虑体积、重量、强度等因素情况下,介绍了相控阵天线的系统结构设计方法,设计了一种结构紧凑的箱体类相控阵天线结构。为了验证结构设计的合理性,建立有限元仿真模型,得到在星载激励下的响应,结果表明该结构强度具有足够的安全裕量。最终通过环境试验验证,结构设计满足星载严苛力学环境的要求。 Spaceborne phased array antennas will be affected by extreme mechanical environments during the rocket launch stage.So the structure design is required to withstand high-intensity vibration and possess high reliability.Aiming at the environmental adaptability issue of a transceiver integrated spaceborne phased array antenna under severe mechanical conditions,the system structure design method of phased array antenna is briefly introduced under the comprehensive consideration of the factors such as volume,weight,strength,etc.,and a compact box-type phased array antenna structure is proposed.To verify the rationality of the structure design,a finite element simulation model is established to obtain the structural response excited by spaceborne mechanical conditions.The results show that the structural stiffness has sufficient safety margin.Finally,tthe structural design is verified through environmental tests to meet the requirements of the spaceborne strict mechanical environment.
