基于多源数据的江苏省城市韧性影响因子分析

摘要 城市韧性是当今城市规划学、地理学新兴的研究热点,认识并厘清城市韧性空间分布的形成机理对城市管理及发展有深远意义。本文从经济、社会、基础设施及生态4个维度,运用熵值法对江苏省13个市的城市韧性水平进行测度,并分析了各个城市的空间格局。根据多源遥感数据、POI数据、OSM数据、AQI数据以及统计年鉴数据建立12个影响因子,运用地理探测器模型对城市韧性空间分异进行影响因子探测。结果表明:(1)江苏省城市韧性空间分布呈现显著集聚特征,高值韧性水平城市集聚于江苏南部,中、低韧性水平城市分别集聚于江苏中部、北部;(2)影响因子探测结果表明,空气质量指数、社会设施密度、水电投入指数、城镇单位就业人口是影响江苏省城市综合韧性的主导因子,双因子交互作用下对城市韧性的解释力均大于单因子的解释力;(3)生态环境、基础设施、成本投入是影响江苏省城市韧性空间分异的重要因素。 Urban resilience is an emerging research hotspot in urban planning and geography,it is of profound significance for urban management and development to understand and clarify the formation mechanism of urban resilience spatial distribution.The entropy method is applied to measure the level of urban resilience in thirty cities in Jiangsu Province,from four perspectives:economic,social,infrastructural and ecological,and the spatial pattern of each city is analysed.Based on remote sensing data,POI data,OSM data,AQI data and statistical yearbook data,twelve impact factors are established and factors influencing the spatial variation of urban resilience is detected by using the geodetector model.The results show that①the spatial distribution of urban resilience in Jiangsu Province shows significant clustering characteristics.Cities with high resilience level are clustered in southern of Jiangsu,while cities with medium and low resilience level are clustered in central and northern of Jiangsu,respectively.②The results of influence factor detection show that air quality index,social facility density,water and electricity input index,and urban employment population are the dominant factors affecting the overall urban resilience in Jiangsu Province,and the explanatory power of urban resilience under the two-factor interaction is greater than that of the single factor.③Ecological environment,infrastructure,and cost investment are important factors affecting the spatial variation of urban resilience in Jiangsu Province.
