摘要 昆明市丽阳星城二期A4地块内有11栋剪力墙核心筒结构高层建筑需应用爆破进行拆除,文中介绍了待拆楼房A4-3楼拆除爆破,该楼周围环境复杂,周边允许定向倒塌安全距离较小,研究决定采用开设双切口的控制爆破方法,对凸字形高层剪力墙核心筒结构楼房进行拆除爆破。首先确定切口位置,对1~4层、9~10层的切口范围墙柱、梯段及电梯井部分进行预处理,其次在1~4层、9~10层开设双爆破切口,选择合理的爆破参数,采用多通道导爆管复试起爆网路,最后通过采取砌筑减振堤、地下室顶板隔断、墙柱及切口外围多层密目网防护等措施,精细化施工,有效地控制了爆破危害效应,达到了理想的爆破效果,为类似结构楼房拆除爆破提供参考的依据。 There are 11 high-rise buildings with shear wall core tube structure in the A4 block of the second phase of Kunming li Yang star city,which need to be demolished by blasting.In this paper,the demolition blasting is introduced for the A4-3 building of a building to be demolished.The surrounding environment of the building is complex,and the safe distance of directional collapse is small.It is decided to use the controlled blasting method of double incision to demolish the convex high-rise shear wall core tube structure building.Firstly,the location of the incision was determined,and the wall columns,stairs and elevator shaft parts of the incision range of 1~4 and 9~10 layers were pretreated.Secondly,double blasting incisions were set up in 1~4 and 9~10 layers,and reasonable blasting parameters were selected.The multi-channel detonating tube was used to retest the initiation network.Finally,by taking measures such as masonry damping dike,basement roof partition,wall column and multi-layer dense mesh network protection outside the incision,the fine construction was carried out,which effectively controlled the blasting hazard effect and achieved the ideal blasting effect.It provides a reference basis for the demolition blasting of similar structural buildings.
