血清胱抑素C、左房内径与心房颤动的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between serum cystatin C,left atrial diameter and atrial fibrillation

目的探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys-C)、左房内径改变与房颤的相关关系。方法选择2020年1月至9月于北华大学附属医院住院的有房颤临床症状的患者68例为房颤组,选取同一时间住院的无房颤症状的患者52例为对照组。观测两组之间Cys-C和左房内径(left atrial diameter,LAD)的差异,应用Logistic回归分析和Spearman相关性分析观察Cys-C、LAD与房颤的关系。结果房颤组和对照组之间在性别、年龄、体重指数、饮酒、吸烟以及患高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病等方面无明显差异(P>0.05);房颤组的LAD、左室舒张末期内径、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回归分析结果表明,Cys-C、LAD为房颤的独立危险因素。相关性分析结果表明,Cys-C、LAD与房颤存在正相关性(r=0.633、0.595,P<0.05)。结论Cys-C、LAD为房颤的独立危险因素;Cys-C、LAD与房颤呈正相关关系,他们与房颤的发生、发展过程存在一定的相关联系。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of serum cystatin C(Cys-C),left atrial diameter and atrial fibrillation.Methods Sixty-eight patients with clinical symptoms of atrial fibrillation hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University from January to September 2020 were selected as the atrial fibrillation group,and 52 patients without symptoms of atrial fibrillation hospitalized at the same time were selected as the control group.The differences of Cys-C and left atrial diameter(LAD)between the two groups were observed,and the relationship between Cys-C,LAD and atrial fibrillation was observed by Logistic regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis.Results There was no significant difference in sex,age,body mass index,drinking,smoking,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes between AF group and control group(P>0.05);LAD,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,interventricular septal thickness,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness in the atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that Cys-C and LAD were independent risk factors for atrial fibrillation.The results of correlation analysis showed that Cys-C,LAD were positively correlated with atrial fibrillation(r=0.633,0.595,P<0.05).Conclusion Cys-C and LAD are independent risk factors of atrial fibrillation;Cys-C and LAD are positively correlated with atrial fibrillation,and they have certain correlation with the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation.
