半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈性眩晕效果Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on cervical vertigo

目的评估半夏白术天麻汤在缓解治疗颈性眩晕症状方面的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普、Cochrane Library、Embase和PubMed数据库中关于半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈性眩晕的随机对照试验,时间从建库至2023年1月。RevMen 5.4软件进行Meta分析,总有效率漏斗图评价文献发表偏倚。结果最终纳入随机对照试验10项,患者共1456例。Meta分析结果显示:半夏白术天麻汤结合针灸或推拿治疗颈性眩晕可以提高总有效率[OR=3.35,95%CI(2.32,4.83),P<0.01]和治愈率[OR=1.85,95%CI(1.46,2.34),P<0.01]。结论半夏白术天麻汤结合针灸或推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效比使用单一疗法的疗效更好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in relieving the symptoms of cervical vertigo.Methods The randomized controlled trial on the treatment of cervical vertigo with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction was searched by computer in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP,Cochrane Library,Embase and PubMed database,from the establishment of the database to January 2023.RevMen 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis,and the total effective funnel was used to evaluate the publication bias of the literature.Results A total of 1456 patients were included in 10 randomized controlled trials.Meta analysis results showed that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion or massage could improve the total effective rate of cervical vertigo[OR=3.35,95%CI(2.32,4.83),P<001]and the cure rate[OR=1.85,95%CI(1.46,2.34),P<0.01].Conclusion The clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion or massage on cervical vertigo is better than that of single manipulation.
