摘要
目的分析在诊断脑静脉窦血栓过程中采用磁共振静脉成像(magnetic resonance venography,MRV)的应用效果。方法2020年1月到2022年12月收治的56例疑似脑静脉窦血栓患者,按照检查方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。观察组患者接受脑部MRV扫描,对照组患者接受脑部CT扫描。以数字减影血管造影结果为标准,对比两组患者疾病诊断准确率。结果观察组患者在脑静脉窦血栓不同位置病灶例数检出灵敏度84%,明显高于对照组的68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者诊断脑静脉窦血栓结果灵敏度88%,特异度66.67%,准确性82.15%,明显高于对照组的80%、33.34%和78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRV对脑静脉窦血栓的诊断准确率较高,且对不同位置病灶例数检出灵敏度较高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of magnetic resonance venography(MRV)in the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.Methods Fifty-six patients with suspected cerebral venous sinus thrombosis admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different examination methods,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group patients received brain MRV scans,while the control group patients received brain CT scans.Compare the accuracy of disease diagnosis between two groups of patients based on the results of digital subtraction angiography.Results The sensitivity of the observation group in detecting lesions at different locations of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was 84%,significantly higher than the control group's 68%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in the observation group were 88%,66.67% and 82.15%,significantly higher than those in the control group(80%,33.34% and 78.57%,respectively),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion MRV has a high diagnostic accuracy for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and has a high sensitivity in detecting the number of lesions at different locations.
