C反应蛋白、PCT联合中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值在肺结核患者中的辅助诊断效能及与血培养结果的关系

Diagnostic Efficacy of CRP,PCT combined with NLR in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Its Relationship with Blood Culture Results

目的 探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)联合中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在肺结核患者中的辅助诊断效能及与血培养结果的关系。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月我院收治的肺结核患者68例为研究组(活动组39例,非活动组29例),另选取来我院体检的同期健康对照组68名,对两组纳入研究对象的CRP、PCT、NLR水平进行检测和分析,同时对比肺结核不同病情间的CRP、PCT、NLR水平,分析与血培养结果间的关系。结果 研究组CRP、PCT、NLR水平高于对照组(P <0.05);在研究组中,活动组患者CRP、PCT、NLR水平高于非活动组(P <0.05);CRP、PCT、NLR水平与血培养结果有着密切的关系;CRP、PCT、NLR联合检测诊断效能优于各项指标单一检测(P <0.05);CRP、PCT、NLR水平联合检测的满意度高于单一指标检测(P <0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白、PCT联合NLR在肺结核患者中有着较好的诊断效果,可反映肺结核患者的病情程度。

Objective To explore the auxiliary diagnostic efficacy of CRP,PCT combined with NLR in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the relationship between the results of blood culture.Methods Sixty-eight patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study group(39 cases in the active group and 29 cases in the inactive group),and 68 peoples in the healthy control group who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected.The levels of CRP,PCT and NLR in the two groups were detected and analyzed.At the same time,the levels of CRP,PCT and NLR among different conditions of pulmonary tuberculosis were compared,and the relationship between the levels and blood culture results was analyzed.Results The levels of CRP,PCT and NLR in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and NLR in active group were higher than those in inactive group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and NLR were closely related to the results of blood culture.The diagnostic efficacy of CRP,PCT and NLR combined detection was better than that of single detection(P<0.05).The satisfaction of CRP,PCT and NLR combined detection was higher than that of single index detection(P<0.05).Conclusion CRP,PCT combined with NLR has a good diagnostic effect in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which can reflect the degree of disease in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and is worthy of application.
