3%高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗鼻窦炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Nasal Irrigation with 3% Hypertonic Saline on Sinusitis

目的 探讨3%高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗在鼻窦炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院儿内科在2021年7月至2022年8月诊治的小儿鼻窦炎患儿118例为对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组给予生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗,观察组给予3%高渗盐水进行鼻腔冲洗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、临床症状缓解时间、临床症状评分、鼻黏膜纤毛运动功能等。结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕和打喷嚏的缓解时间均短于对照组,且治疗1周后的鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕和打喷嚏评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6水平均低于对照组,且鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率(MTR)高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在小儿鼻窦炎治疗中应用3%高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗的疗效肯定,有助于促进临床症状缓解,促进炎性反应的控制。

Objective To study the effect of nasal irrigation with 3% hypertonic saline in the treatment of Sinusitis.Methods A total of 118 children with Sinusitis diagnosed and treated by the Department of Pediatrics in our hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by the method of number table.The control group was given normal saline for nasal irrigation,and the observation group was given 3% hypertonic saline for nasal irrigation.The total effective rate,clinical symptom relief time,clinical symptom score,nasal mucosa cilia movement function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of nasal congestion,itching,runny nose,and sneezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of nasal congestion,itching,runny nose,and sneezing after one week of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower on average than those in the control group,and the MTR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3% hypertonic saline nasal irrigation in the treatment of pediatric sinusitis has a definite therapeutic effect,which helps to promote clinical symptom relief and control of inflammatory reactions.
