母婴床旁护理联合家庭协同护理模式对初产妇产后心理和生活质量的影响

Effects of Bedside Nursing and Family Collaborative Nursing Model on Postpartum Psychology and Quality of Life of Primipara

目的 探讨母婴床旁护理联合家庭协同护理模式对初产妇产后心理和生活质量的影响。方法 抽取2021年1月至2022年12月于我院就诊的初产妇,总数为60例,以随机数表法分组,对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用母婴床旁护理+家庭协同护理,将两组的护理相关指标纳入统计学软件中处理,对比不良情绪评分、护理知识掌握度评分、生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、家属与产妇的护理知识掌握度评分、生活质量各维度评分、自我护理能力各维度评分均明显优于对照组,P <0.05。结论 对初产妇而言,母婴床旁护理联合家庭协同护理模式有利于改善产妇不良情绪,提高其自我护理能力与生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of bedside nursing and family collaborative nursing mode on postpartum psychology and quality of life of primipara.Methods The sampling period was from January 2021 to December 2022.All primiparas were treated in our hospital,and the total number of cases was 60 patients.The patients in the control group and observation group were divided into 30 points by random number table method,with routine nursing in the control group and bedside nursing + family coordinated nursing in the observation group.The bad mood score,nursing knowledge mastery score,quality of life score and self-care ability score were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score,the nursing knowledge mastery scores of family members and parturients,the scores of quality of life,the scores of self-care ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For primipara,bedside nursing + family collaborative nursing model is beneficial to improve maternal negative emotions,improve self-care ability and quality of life.
