基于FMEA模型的预见性护理对手术室患者低体温的预防效果

Predictive Nursing Based on FMEA Model for Preventing Hypothermia in Operating Room Patients

目的 分析在手术室患者护理中用基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模型的预见性护理对低体温的预防效果。方法 将我院泌尿科2022年1月至2022年12月收治的患者共100例作为观察对象,以随机数表法分组,即观察组(基于FMEA模型的预见性护理,50例),对照组(常规护理,50例),比较两组护理后的护理满意度,分析两组护理后的切口感染发生率、术后寒战发生率,手术不同时间段核心体温,以及术后麻醉完全清醒时间。结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者的切口感染发生率,术后寒战发生率更低,手术不同时间段核心体温更高,术后麻醉完全清醒时间更短,护理满意度相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在手术室患者的护理干预中采取基于FMEA模型的预见性护理措施可明显提高护理质量,降低术后并发症与低体温发生率,对预防低体温发生有重要作用,更有利于缩短术后康复时间,提高护理满意度,拉近护患之间的关系。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of predictive care based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) model on hypothermia in operating room patient care.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the urology operating room of our hospital within January 2022 to December 2022 were taken as the objects of this observation.They were randomly divided into two groups(the observation group(50 cases of predictive nursing based on FMEA model) and the control group(50 cases of routine nursing).The two groups were compared with each other in terms of nursing satisfaction,nursing quality(risk management,heart rate management,temperature management,blood pressure management),incidence of hypothermia The incidence of complications(postoperative infection,neuropathic abnormalities,postoperative fever),postoperative care(awakening time,postoperative drainage time,urine volume),indoor maintenance temperature,and average body temperature.Results Compared the control group,the observation group patients incision infection incidence,postoperative chills incidence is lower,surgery different time core temperature is higher,postoperative anesthesia fully awake time shorter,nursing satisfaction is relatively higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting predictive nursing measures based on the FMEA model in nursing interventions for patients in the operating room can significantly improve nursing quality,reduce postoperative complications and the incidence of hypothermia.It plays an important role in preventing hypothermia,and is more conducive to shortening postoperative recovery time,improving nursing satisfaction,and bridging the relationship between nurses and patients.
