下睑缩肌折叠术治疗儿童特发性睑内翻的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of the treatment of idiopathic entropion using the operation of the lower eyelid retractor folding in children

目的:观察下睑缩肌折叠术治疗儿童特发性睑内翻倒睫的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月—2021年10月汉阴县人民医院就诊的4~15岁的儿童特发性睑内翻患者。根据手术矫正方法不同分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组使用下睑缩肌折叠术矫正共22例(44只眼),对照组采用褥式缝线矫正术矫正共10例(20只眼)。分析两组患者的手术疗效和复发率。结果:下睑缩肌折叠术组治愈率81.8%,有效率95.5%,复发率4.5%;褥式缝线矫正术组治愈率60.0%,有效率70.0%,复发率30.0%。两组有效率和复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下睑缩肌折叠术对儿童特发性睑内翻倒睫具有较好的治疗效果,复发率较少,而且手术操作简便,创伤较小。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lower palpebral contraction muscle folding in the treatment of children with idiopathic entropion.Methods This study included children with idiopathic entropion aged 4 to 15 years who were treated at the People’s Hospital of Hanyin County from May 2018 to October 2021.They were divided into two groups:the lower eyelid retractor folding group included 22 patients(44 eyes),and the mattress suture correction group included 10 patients(20 eyes).To analyze the surgical effect and recurrence rate.Results The cure rate,clinical rate,and recurrence rate were 81.8%,95.4%,and 4.5%in the lower eyelid retractor folding group,and 60%,70%,and 30%in the mattress suture correction group,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of the lower eyelid retractor folding is more effective,simpler to operate and less injury with lower recurrence rate for idiopathic entropion trichiasis in children.
