基于变频技术的船舶电气设备驱动方案

摘要 为减少谐波对船舶电网的扰动,基于变频技术,对侧推进电动机和电动机货油泵系统的驱动方案进行研究。综合统筹船舶航行与作业工况和船舶空间布局等因素,设计侧推进电动机和电动机货油泵驱动方案,进行设备布置和谐波测算,并对试验中的典型调试问题进行分析,可为同类型船舶的电气设备驱动方案设计和应用提供借鉴。 In order to reduce the harmonic disturbance to the ship power grid,the driving scheme for side thrust motor system and motor cargo oil pump system is studied based on the frequency conversion technology.The ship navigation and operation conditions and ship space layout are comprehensively coordinated,the driving scheme for side thrust motor and motor cargo oil pump is designed,the equipment arrangement and harmonic calculation are made,and the typical commissioning problems in the test are analyzed,which can provide reference for the design and application of driving scheme for electrical equipment of the same type ships.
