摘要
针对现有船舶管件加工在生产管理、调试和生产线柔性管控等方面的不足,利用数字孪生技术,进行船舶管件加工生产线虚拟模型构建、虚实生产线同步行为设计、虚实生产线交互接口设计、信息分析和生产线柔性管控等方面研究,设计开发基于数字孪生的船舶管件加工数字化生产线柔性管控系统,实现船舶管件加工生产线自动生产和远程管控等。该系统可为其他离散型制造生产线建设和管控系统设计提供借鉴。
In view of the shortcomings of current ship pipe fitting processing in production management,commissioning,and flexible control of production line,the researches on virtual model construction,synchronous behavior design of virtual and real production line,interactive interface design of virtual and real production line,information analysis,and flexible control of production line in ship pipe fitting processing production line are conducted with the digital twins technology.The flexible control system of ship pipe fitting processing digital production line based on digital twins is designed and developed to realize the automatic production and remote control of ship pipe fitting processing production line.The system can provide reference for the construction and control system design of other discrete manufacturing production lines.
