摘要
某住宅项目地下室发生了上浮事故。在采取了必要的临时措施后,为了解及评估事故对地下室结构的影响,对地下室上浮区域进行结构沉降变形、地下室水位、框架构件损伤、混凝土构件强度、基础构件损伤及变形的相关检测。依据检测结果,综合分析判断了地下室上浮事故的原因;并根据地下室结构变形及损伤情况,给出了相应的加固处理措施建议。
There was a floating accident in the basement of a residential project.After taking the necessary temporary measures,in order to understand and evaluate the impact of the accident on the basement structure,the structure settlement deformation,basement water level,damage of frame members,strength of concrete members,damage and deformation of foundation members in the floating area of the basement were detected.According to the detection results,the reasons for the basement floating accident were determined comprehensively,and according to the deformation and damage of basement structure,the corresponding strengthening measures were given.
