基于高通量测序技术的葡萄表皮上细菌多样性研究

摘要 采用高通量测序技术对‘辽峰’‘阳光玫瑰’‘京亚’‘蓝宝石’四种葡萄表皮上细菌多样性进行研究.结果表明:在门、科、属水平上,四种样品的细菌群落结构存在不同程度的差异,其中‘蓝宝石’与其他三者之间差异最明显.相关性分析中,‘辽峰’‘阳光玫瑰’样品间细菌群落相似,‘蓝宝石’与其他三组样品间细菌群落差异较大.样品中丰富度较高的5种细菌操作分类单元(Operational taxonomic unit,OTU)分别为:红串红球菌Rhodococcus erythropolis、非保密无色菌Unclassified Achromobacter、Unclassified Mitochondria、Unclassified Chloroplast、约氏不动杆菌Acinetobacter johnsonii. High-throughput sequencing was used to study the bacterial diversity on the epidermis of liaofeng,Sunshine rose,Jingya and sapphire.the results show that:at the family and Phylum genus level,there were some degrees of variation in the bacterial community structure of the four samples,the difference between"sapphire"and the other three is the most obvious.In the correlation analysis,bacterial communities were similar between"Liaofeng"and"SunRose"samples,bacterial communities were quite different between"Sapphire"and the other three sets of samples.The five Operational taxonomic unit with high richness in the sample are:Rhodococcus erythropolis,Unclassified Achromobacter,Unclassified Mitochondria,Unclassified Chloroplast and Acinetobacter johnsonii.
