摘要
论述了一种基于设计心理学,并根据用户体验要素进行工业设备UI设计的方法,并详细描述了以高铁接触网测量仪设备为例进行该UI设计方法的应用过程.结合接触网测量仪设备的实际使用环境、交互硬件载体及专业功能要求等特点,分别从布局、色彩、图形图像等方面,完成了对测量仪UI的设计,使得作业人员在操作设备时,能通过对视觉输入的内容进行良好的结构构建与理解,从而高效地完成操控.通过测试实验也表明,采用本研究的UI设计方法,能有效的提高接触网测量仪设备的操作效率.
In order to comply with the trend of industrial digital transformation and improve the interactive operation efficiency of professional hardware equipment in the industrial field,this paper presented a method for UI design of industrial equipment based on design psychology and user experience elements,and described in details the measurement of high-speed rail catenary to carry out the application process of the UI design method,taking an instrument device as an example.Combined with the characteristics of the actual use environment,interactive hardware carrier and professional function requirements of the catenary measuring instrument equipment,the UI design of the measuring instrument was completed in 4 aspects:layout,color,graphics and images,so that the operator could operate the equipment.Through a good structural construction and understanding of the content of the visual input,the manipulation could be completed efficiently.The test results also showed that the UI design method described in this paper could effectively improve the operation efficiency of the catenary measuring instrument.
