朱子“克己”代“敬”工夫与新时代崇高师德之进阶理路

Zhu Xi's“Self-restraint”Instead of“Respect”and The Advanced Way of Noble Teachers’Morality in the New Era

崇高师德是师德的最高追求,是教师“行为世范”的本质要求,是社会对师德的期待。崇高师德的修养过程是圣学求仁的过程。朱子晚年极力推崇的“克己复礼”工夫为崇高师德修养提供了方法论的指导。通过“克己”,去尽私欲,从而实现对崇高师德的理想追求。“克己”工夫从四个方面为崇高师德修养勾勒了轮廓:合理安顿利益于义理之中;惩忿治怒,改过迁善,涵养浩然正气;正师礼、弘师道;内外交相养,涵泳从容。

The noble teachers'morality is the highest pursuit of teachers'morality,the essential requirement of teachers'behavior and the expectation of society for teachers'morality.The cultivation process of noble teacher's morality is the process of seeking the benevolence of Sagely Confucian Learning.In his later years,Zhu Zi highly praised the Gongfu of“Self-restraint and Pursuit of Rite of the Zhou Dynasty”which provides methodological guidance for the cultivation of noble teachers'morality.Through Self-restraint,we can fulfill our selfish desires and realize the ideal pursuit of noble morality.The Gongfu of Self-restraint outlines the cultivation of noble teachers'morality from four aspects:reasonably settling the interests in the righteousness;punishing and governing the anger,repenting and being good,cultivating the noble and upright spirit;correcting the teachers’rite and promoting the teachers’Dao;restraining and calming oneself by cultivating the internal and external interaction.
