摘要
以三阶段DEA、空间自相关模型,对海峡两岸沿海省份的科技创新效率水平进行时空实证分析。分析发现部分省份的科技创新效率不在有效前沿面,不同省份科技创新效率存在差异,海峡两岸沿海省份科技创新效率综合技术效率水平不高,既受纯技术效率影响,也受规模效率影响,但规模效率影响更大,经济发展、教育发展、政府政策等外部环境因素对海峡两岸沿海省份科技创新效率影响较显著。同时,海峡两岸沿海省份科技创新效率具有较强正相关性,存在较明显空间聚集性特征。
Based on the three-stage DEA and spatial auto-correlation model,this paper makes a space-time empirical analysis on the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in coastal provinces on both sides of Taiwan Strait.It shows that the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in some provinces is not in the effective frontier,and the comprehensive level of scientific and technological innovation efficiency in coastal provinces is mainly affected by scale efficiency.External environmental factors such as education development have a significant impact on the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in coastal provinces.At the same time,the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in coastal provinces has a strong positive correlation,and there are obvious spatial aggregation characteristics.
