Exploration of High-quality Development Mode in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges

农类高职院校是我国职业教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是乡村振兴战略的重要支撑力量。系统梳理了新时代职业教育背景下农类高职院校面临的重难点问题,以神针2022年全国13所学校数据为基础数据,从基础设施、师资队伍、科研与社会服务3个方面,深入分析了部分农类高职院校的综合竞争力情况,提出以“一懂两爱”为育人目标、“五航工程”为育人抓手、“十大育人”为育人载体的“福农模式”,从而为我国农类高职院校高质量发展提供新的路径与方法。

Agricultural higher vocational colleges are an important part of our country's vocational education system,and also an important supporting force of rural revitalization strategy.The article systematically combed through the key and difficult problems faced by agricultural vocational colleges in the vocational education context of the new era,and based on the 2022 data of 13 schools nationwide,from the aspects of infrastructure,teachers,scientific research and social service,the comprehensive competitiveness of some agricultural higher vocational colleges is deeply analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward the“Funong model”,which takes“One understanding and two loves”as the educational goal,“Five navigation projects”as the educational grasp,and“Ten great educational projects”as the educational carrier,thus provides the new path and the method for our country agricultural type higher vocational college high quality development.
