国内CDIO教学模式对实习护生临床教学效果影响的Meta分析 被引量:2

Impact of domestic CDIO teaching mode on clinical teaching effectiveness of intern nursing students:a Meta-analysis

摘要 目的:评价采用CDIO教学模式(conceive-design-implement-operate教学模式,即构思-设计-实现-运作教学模式)对实习护生实施教学效果的影响。方法:2名研究者分别检索、筛选文献并提取资料,检索的数据库包括中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Scientific Research、Spring Link等,从建库到2022年5月31日采用CDIO教学模式对实习护生实施教学的随机对照试验、类实验性研究。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心研制的干预性研究质量评价工具对纳入的文献进行质量评价,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入26篇中文文献。Meta分析结果显示,采用CDIO教学模式较传统教学法有助于提高实习护生的理论成绩[MD=5.88,95%CI(4.58,7.17),Z=8.90,P<0.00001]、操作技能成绩[MD=7.58,95%CI(5.90,9.26),Z=8.86,P<0.00001]、自主学习能力[MD=11.81,95%CI(8.44,15.18),Z=6.88,P<0.00001]、批判性思维能力、迷你临床演练评价、护生满意度,批判性思维能力、迷你临床演练测评量表的异质性较大,所以逐一剔除文献进行敏感性分析,结果均与未剔除前结论一致,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),护生满意度采用定性描述,CDIO教学模式优于传统教学模式。结论:现有证据表明,CDIO教学模式可以提高实习护生的理论成绩、操作技能成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、迷你临床演练评量表得分,提升满意度。 Objective:To evaluate the impact of adopting the CDIO teaching mode(conceive-design-implement-operate teaching mode)on the teaching effectiveness of internship nursing students.Methods:Two researchers searched,screened and extracted literature respectively.The CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,PubMed,Scientific Research,Spring Link,were searched.The retrieval time was from the inception to May 31,2022.CDIO teaching model was used to implement randomized controlled trial and quasi experimental research for interns and the intervention research quality evaluation tool developed by the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence Based Health Care Center in Australia was used.Quality evaluation was conducted on the literature included in this study,and Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software.Result:A total of 26 Chinese articles were included.Meta-analysis results showed that CDIO teaching mode was better than traditional teaching method in improving the theoretical scores of nursing interns(MD=5.88,95%CI 4.58-7.17,Z=8.90,P<0.00001),operating skills(MD=7.58,95%CI 5.90-9.26,Z=8.86,P<0.00001),autonomous learning ability(MD=11.81,95%CI 8.44-15.18,Z=6.88,P<0.00001),the critical thinking ability,mini clinical drill evaluation,nursing student satisfaction.Critical thinking ability were significant heterogeneity in both aspects of the Mini Clinical Practice Evaluation Scale,so sensitivity analysis was conducted by removing literature one by one.The results were consistent with the conclusions before exclusion,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students was described qualitatively,and the CDIO teaching model was superior to the traditional teaching model.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that the CDIO teaching model can improve the theoretical performance,operational skill,self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,Mini Clinical Practice Evaluation Scale score,and enhance satisfaction of intern nursing students.
