With the development of modern educational technology,the team construction for network teaching has been widely concerned by colleges and universities.Improving the level of team construction for network teaching is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of network teaching in colleges and universities.At present,many colleges and universities have paid more attention to the construction of online teaching teams.The practice of online teaching team construction is in the ascendant.Problem-oriented exploration of the optimization path of online teaching team construction is an important direction for colleges and universities.Based on the analysis and discussion of the professional qualities required by the network teaching team and the problems existing in the team construction for network teaching,this paper studies and discusses the optimization strategies.
