X-R质量控制图在熔铸AZS-33测定中的应用

X-R Application of Quality Control Chart in the Determination of AZS-33

通过AZS-33浇铸过程中各炉嘴样主成分ZrO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、Na_(2)O的含量(质量分数)分组测定,建立X-R质量控制图,并进行分析和判断。结果说明,各AZS-33炉嘴样主成分ZrO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、Na_(2)O的含量检测过程受控。在AZS-33生产中所建立的AZS-33炉嘴样主成分ZrO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、Na_(2)O的含量质量控制图在质量控制中有很好的控制和预防作用,AZS-33炉嘴样主成分含量受控。

By grouping and determining the content(mass fraction)of the main components ZrO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),and Na_(2)O in each nozzle sample during the AZS-33 casting process,establish a X-R quality control chart,and analyze and judge it.The results indicate that the content detection process of the main components ZrO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),and Na_(2)O in each AZS-33 furnace nozzle sample is controlled.The quality control chart for the main components ZrO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),and Na_(2)O of the AZS-33 furnace nozzle sample established in the production of AZS-33 is effective and preventive,and the main component content of the AZS-33 furnace nozzle sample is controlled.
